Pay rate:

Landscape Construction Coordinator Expectations You'll be the person making sure that the customer is happy all the way from the initial call to job completion- this means continually following up with the client to get feedback, keep them in the loop and ensure they are satisfied.
Your mission will be to support the sales team administratively, so that they can focus on building relationships with clients to enable the business to grow.
We will look to you to have systems that ensure the sales team is following up leads, communicating proactively with clients and updating information in the CRM.
When there are issues or complaints from clients, you will need to create accountability for the sales team.
You will be responsible for scheduling and calendar management for the Sales Team, in order to keep them organized and focused.
Most of your day will be focused on our Landscape Install division, which provides decking, hardscaping, install of trees and shrubs, and patios.
You'll be collaborating with the Maintenance Director to provide stellar customer service.
You actively listen to clients and are able to sell them additional services based on their specific needs or issues- even when they don't quite know what they need.
You'll be responsible for proactively notifying clients of upcoming services on the schedule and educating them about everything we offer.
You'll assist with the contract renewal process each year, ensuring customers have an excellent experience and explaining the ins and outs of what they're getting.
You'll be the main point of contact for our Sales Team, giving them all the important details they need to be successful every day.
You'll be preparing job packets for new jobs, notifying clients of work start dates and ordering and staging materials for projects.
After projects, you'll be following up with clients to make sure they're satisfied with completed services and encouraging them to provide online reviews.
You'll be responsible for basic bookkeeping such as:
timecards for the crews, entering receipts, sending out invoices for install jobs and collecting payments on a regular basis.
You'll maintain office supplies inventory and kitchenette items, help schedule company events, and plan celebrations for team member anniversaries, birthdays and other important milestones.
