We are looking for a compassionate, caring, Assistant Director of Nursing to join our family of Caregivers.
As the ADON, you will have the ability to be surrounded by amazing Residents daily and will develop a collaborative workplace with attention to quality care for our Residents.
The ADON is responsible to assist the DON with the daily functioning of the health care needs of Residents, specifically in our Lavendar Hills.

Responsibilities:
Supervision over Nursing staff and the medication delivery system Training new Caregivers along with trainings for existing caregivers Designation person in charge when administrator is absent Plan and oversee admission, nursing, and patient care process Adheres to practices in accordance with the regulations of the state Oversee development, oversight, and maintaining Quality Assurance Program for nursing staff Orders, Stores, and assists with medication according to physician orders Assists with Resident care, meals, move-outs, and move-ins as needed Observes and communicates any changes in resident condition Completes and reviews incident reports as needed Maintain current Resident record for each Resident including but not limited to; obtaining current physician orders, clarifying orders, and alert monthly charting Answering, responding to call lights, and door alarms as needed Knows and follows Emergency Procedures, Elopement, and all other procedures Attends and completes all assigned training to me DSS regulations Keeps resident information confidential; respecting Resident rights; respecting privacy Job
Qualifications:
Must be certified as a Registered Medication Aide, LPN, or RN Must have good organizational skills and supervisory skills Willing to praise and discipline team members as appropriate Must have an acceptable criminal record check Documented TB Screening Must have or complete CPR/1st Aide within 60 days of employment Must be able to perform Resident care with awareness of dignity and individuality, with understanding and concern Must perform unpleasant tasks with grace; works cooperatively with supervisors and display willingness to assist co-workers Must abide by established policies and procedures of the community #EMSLCHP.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
