This position is located in a calm office space only requiring one administrator.
Most training will be held virtually with the home office.
Tasks for this positions will include:
taking incoming phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, scanning, faxing, e-filing client intake forms, preparing paperwork for meetings, CRM data entry, assist with event planning and marketing strategies, and light cleaning duties to the office as needed.
This is an entry level position offering a lot of development opportunities with a growing firm.
Experience in the financial industry is preferred but not required.
